Return Policy

We want to make sure you're completely happy with your new favorites.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means all returns must be postmarked by the 14th day from the date you received your item to return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn and unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for a store credit only, no refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sales and cannot be returned:

  • Discounted/Sale Items/Clearance
  • Swimwear
  • Under Garments
  • Lingerie
  • Accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Face Masks

Lush by Me is not responsible for any shipping cost associated with returns.

Lush by Me is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the return shipping process and no store credit will be issued. It is recommended to get a tracking number and receipt from the chosen shipping carrier in order to file a claim in such instances.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after check out.

  • Store credits will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date your returned items are received.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email with a store credit code in the amount of the returned item(s) purchased value. Store credit will not include any shipping and handling charges.
